Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

The Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 341 of the Act, that HALCYON CONCEPTS PTY LTD has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 20 July 2015.
