LIMITED, a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company in New Zealand, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, of the company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
