Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the overseas company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and applications for the removal from the Overseas Register will be made three months after the date of this notice.
