Notice is hereby given that CBA CAPITAL AUSTRALIA LIMITED, a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company in New Zealand, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, will give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
