Notice is hereby given that CYCLOPS FILMS PTY LTD, an overseas company having its principal place of business c/o Leigh Nelson, 6A Ngake Street, Orakei, Auckland, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, of the company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
