Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, SMITH & ARROW (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD gives notice that after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
