Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Following the successful completion of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that CRICKET WORLD CUP 2015 LTD (“the branch”), a registered overseas ASIC company, will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

The branch will give notice to remove the branch from the Overseas Companies Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act.
