Notice is hereby given that WESTPAC SECURITIES ADMINISTRATION LIMITED, being a company incorporated in the Commonwealth of Australia and registered as an overseas company under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand, and that the company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
