Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SIMPLOT AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.

Notwithstanding this notice, Simplot New Zealand Limited (Company No.: 1605670), a related company of SIMPLOT AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED, will continue to carry on business in New Zealand.
