Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

For the purpose of removing INNER RANGE PTY. LTD. from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, INNER RANGE PTY. LTD. gives notice that after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, it will cease carrying on business in New Zealand.

Notwithstanding this notice, INNER RANGE PTY. LTD. will continue to service its New Zealand customers as normal.
