Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

BAIN INTERNATIONAL INC., a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, United States of America, and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”) as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341(1)(a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
