This document notifies you that:

1. On 7 October 2015, an application for putting CASPER SERVICES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2015-419-335. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 15 February 2016 at 11.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is V8 Supertourers 2013 Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is 16 Piermark Drive, Albany, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitors are Brent James Norling and Alden Ho, whose address is as noted above.
