This document notifies you that:

1. On 10 July 2015, an application for putting K & R LOGGING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2015-463-85. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on 8 September 2015 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
