This document notifies you that:

1. On 11 June 2015, an application for putting SMEATON CONSTRUCTION LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2015-425-56. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on 30 July 2015 at 11.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Robert Richard Wason and Mary Elizabeth Wason, whose address for service is at the offices of Hesketh Henry, Level 14, PwC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Christina Bryant, whose address is as noted above.
