This document notifies you that:

1. On 10 June 2015, an application for putting RELATIONSHIPS AOTEAROA INCORPORATED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2015-485-454. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 14 July 2015 at 10.00am.
