1. On 8 December 2014, an application for putting ECCL HOME BUILDERS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2014-404-3269. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 13 February 2015 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
