This document notifies you that:

1. On 22 May 2015, an application for putting 60 TRUSTEE SERVICES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2015-409-306. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Wednesday 24 June 2015 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
