This document notifies you that:

1. On 28 May 2015, an application for putting PTT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2015-404-1175. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 10 July 2015 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are John Buchanan Frandi and Janice Leigh Frandi, whose address for service is care of JTLAW, Level 8, 38–42 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Justin Toebes, whose address is as noted above.
