This document notifies you that:

1. On 6 May 2015, an application for putting DRIVEHIRE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2015-470-66. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 22 June 2015 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before the hearing.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
