1. On 6 May 2015, an application for putting LIQUEFACTION NO. 11 LIMITED (formerly MAXICOAT SHEETMETAL LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2015-409-263. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 24 June 2015 at 10.00am.
