1. On 2 April 2015, an application for putting HERETAUNGA SERVICES LIMITED (formerly BETHLEHEM COMPUTER SERVICES LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2015-470-44. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on Monday 22 June 2015 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
