This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 December 2014, an application for putting WINTON HOME LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2014-425-123. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on Wednesday 4 February 2015 at 11.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
