This document notifies you that:

1. On 5 February 2015, an application for putting KEEN LOGGING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Timaru. Its reference number is CIV-2015-476-6. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Timaru on Monday 11 May 2015 at 11.00am.
