This document notifies you that:

1. On 10 February 2015, an application for putting AUTO EXPORTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2015-425-18. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on 31 March 2015 at 11.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Bartercard Exchange Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Daniel Overton and Goulding, 33 Selwyn Street, Onehunga, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Brendan Wood, whose address is as noted above.
