This document notifies you that:

1. On 15 January 2015, an application for putting MSL CAPITAL MARKETS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2015-485-21. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 31 March 2015 at 10.00am.
