Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority hereby determines that

Pseudomonas monteilii (Elomari et al. 1997)

Paracoccus pantotrophus (Robertson and Kuenen 1984) Rainey et al. 1999

Nitrosomonas eutropha (Koops et al. 2001)

Rhodococcus pyridinovorans (Yoon et al. 2000)

are not new organisms.
