Proposed Variations to the Retirement Villages Code of Practice (2015)

I give notice that, in accordance with section 91 of the Retirement Villages Act 2003, I invite written submissions on the proposed variations to the Code of Practice to be received at my office by Monday 7 March 2016.

The proposed variations are to clause 15 and clauses 32–36 of the Code of Practice, which relate to staff supervision and ongoing training, and to the complaints facility.
