Notice Under Section 332 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013
Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 27 November 2015 approved rule changes for the licensed markets operated by NZX Limited, as contained in the Financial Markets Conduct Act (NZX Participant Rules) Approval of Market Rules Notice 2015.
The following rules have been approved:
