In accordance with section 20A of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, I, Michael Allan Woodhouse, Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety, give notice that I have approved the revocation of the Approved Code of Practice for Power-Operated Elevating Work Platforms (ACOP).

The ACOP has been superseded by the Best Practice Guidelines for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms.
