On 22 October 2015, pursuant to section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”), the Commerce Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development levy for the period 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 12 November 2015 at 5.00pm.
