The Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives the following notice under Part 4 of the Commerce Act 1986 (“the Act”).

Notice of Amendment

On 9 July 2015, the Commission made the Electricity Distribution Services (Powerco Limited) Default Price-Quality Path Amendment Determination 2015 [2015] NZCC 18 (“DPP Amendment Determination”) under section 52Q of the Act.

The DPP Amendment Determination amends the quality standards and quality incentive scheme measures for Powerco Limited contained in the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination 2015 [2014] NZCC 33.

The amended quality standards and quality incentive scheme measures applicable to Powerco Limited are set out below:
