Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Western Bay Moana Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2015.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2015.

2. Abolition of Western Bay Moana Rural Fire District—The Western Bay Moana Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.

3. Western Bay Moana Rural Fire District Notice—The Western Bay Moana Rural Fire District Notice 2004* is hereby revoked.
