Pursuant to section 9(3)(a) of the Industry Training and Apprenticeships Act 1992, the recognition of the Fire and Rescue Services Industry Training Organisation Incorporated (trading as Emergency Management Qualifications (EMQUAL)), as an industry training organisation is cancelled.
