Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Protection Authority hereby determines that

Pisolithus tinctorius

is a new organism for the purpose of the Act.

The Authority further determines that

Pisolithus marmoratus

P. albus

P. croceorrhizus

P. thermaeus (Lebel & Beever nom. prov.)

are not new organisms for the purpose of the Act.
