Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 17 December 2014, under a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of August 2014, John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
