Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Sean Webb and John James Hill Larner, insolvency practitioners of PPB Advisory, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company on 12 February 2015 under the terms of a general security deed giving security over the whole of the assets of the company, pursuant to section 6(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
