Notice of Appointment of Additional Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Sections 8(1), (2) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Take notice that Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed joint and several receiver and manager in addition to Andrew John McKay of all the present and after-acquired property of ASCENSION WINE ESTATE LIMITED (in receivership).

The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: BDO Auckland Limited, Level 8, BDO Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland.
