Notice of Cessation of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 29(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins, hereby give notice that on 11 December 2015, we ceased to hold office as receivers and managers of the above-named company.
