Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 23 November 2015, Gareth Russel Hoole and Wade Steven Glass were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the assets of BLUE ROCK CIVIL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and ADAMS MACHINERY PLANT HIRE LIMITED (both in receivership and in liquidation), such assets comprising mainly receivables and fixed assets.
