Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Sean Webb and John James Hill Larner were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company under the terms of a general security agreement giving security over the whole of the assets of the company on 20 November 2015, pursuant to section 6(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993.
