Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 12 November 2015, Andrew John Grenfell and William Guy Black, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of WILD PAIR LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 29th day of July 1998 (as varied pursuant to a deed of variation of debenture incorporating charge dated the 13th day of September 1999).

The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after-acquired property, including all personal property.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: McGrath Nicol Limited, Level 17, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
