Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 9 November 2015, the holder of the general security agreement dated the 2nd day of October 2009 appointed Malcolm Russell Moore and Richard Grant Simpson, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, Chartered Accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertakings, property and assets of the partnership.
