Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins, insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 5 October 2015 we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of BRUCE WOOLLEN MILL LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 17th day of October 2014.

The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after-acquired property, being all the company’s personal property, real property and other property.
