Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountant, and Paul Raymond Clark, insolvency specialist, both of BDO Tauranga Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga, with reference to Peter Robert Dillon, hereby give notice that on 24 September 2015, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Peter Robert Dillon under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 14th day of June 2012.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired property and all personal property which the debtor has, whether now or in the future, except for goods that are used or acquired for use solely for personal, domestic or household purposes.
