Notice is hereby given that on 4 September 2015, Torwick Contracting Limited appointed Lyn Maree Carey, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, as receiver of certain assets of LONGBURN INDUSTRIES LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 12th day of September 2014 and section 6 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
