Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 42 of the Partnership Act 1908

Paul Vlasic and Derek Ah Sam, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 17 September 2015 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the partnership of REEF SPORTS by order of the High Court at Auckland.
