Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, gives notice that on 17 September 2015 he was appointed receiver and manager of the property of PORTER ENGINEERING LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 25th day of March 2009, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property.
