Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 26 August 2015, under a general security agreement dated the 20th day of November 2014, John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of Carina Venter (also known as Carina Van Rooyen).
