On 27 May 2015, the High Court at Auckland declared that Stephen Charles Potter had validly been removed as receiver.
Subsequently by delivery of this notice to the registered office of JUST STEEL FRAMING LIMITED (in receivership), Tannenburg Limited (“the grantee”) has given notice of the end of the receivership.
This notice is given to ensure compliance with section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993 by and on behalf of the appointer.
