Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Andrew McKay and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company on 23 July 2015 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 13th day of March 2007 giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
